Using ReferrERR

These terms apply when you use ReferrERR as a customer or business. You agree to provide accurate information and use the service honestly and lawfully.

ReferrERR is a facilitator

ReferrERR facilitates referrals, reviews and the administration of claims and benefits. Any agreement to pay or provide a benefit is between the customer and the supplier offering that benefit, not ReferrERR.

ReferrERR does not guarantee the payment or provision of any benefit, including cash rewards, discounts, credits, products or services.

The supplier remains responsible for its benefit offer and for meeting its obligations to the customer. Recording, verifying or approving a claim, or displaying a reward in an account, does not mean ReferrERR guarantees it will be paid or provided.

Claims and benefit conditions

Benefits are subject to the supplier’s stated offer and eligibility conditions. Customers must submit truthful claim details, and suppliers must review claims accurately. A claim may require further information or be rejected if the offer’s conditions have not been met.

Questions and disputes

Questions about a supplier’s offer or an unpaid benefit should first be raised with that supplier. For help with the ReferrERR service, contact hello@referrerr.com.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.
